Fresh Tagliatelle w/ mushroom cream sauce❤️🍄 alla Maddalena
1 LB of pasta (we used fresh tagliatelle)
10oz of package of shiitake mushrooms
8 oz pack of baby bella mushrooms
1 cup of heavy cream
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion chopped
1 tbsp of evoo
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of fresh thyme
1 cup of shredded Parmigiano reggiano
Approximately depending on desired thickness: 1 cup of pasta water
Truffle seasoning to taste (optional)
