If you had $100,000 to invest in your machine shop, where would you put it?

I polled 170 people in the machining industry and the results reveal everything about where manufacturing is headed. 46% said they'd buy a new machine, 33% chose automation and robots, but only 17% would invest in hiring and training workers.
