Navigator Port is tailor-made for the Master and his bridge team for carrying out the planning and preparation of documents needed for entry and departure from ports and sailing through controlled waters. All the related tasks can be carried out in a timely and correct manner. The Arrival and Departure checklists are unique to each and every port and regulated waters.

User feedback indicates that the amount of paperwork can be reduced by as much as 90%, enabling officers to focus on their primary responsibility: safe and sound navigation.

Covering more than 11.000 ports and terminals, including up-to-date nautical publications and data from UKHO Radio Signals, IHS Fairplay's "Ports and Terminals Guide", IMO and national authorities. More than 1.600 forms required by local and national authorities worldwide are included. Ship information and crew data are pre-filled in all forms. Arrival and Departure checklists for all major ports are available. Electronic reporting can be directly sent to authorities, including US eNOAD. The Officer Matrix can be directly transferred via Q88´s web service to OCIMF -- SIRE.
