DIY Cam Re-Sling

Описание: Definitely not a how to. I'm not going to assume you have a semi-industrial sewing machine and break testing system. This is mostly just for entertainment. I've sewn all kinds of systems for harnesses and it was fun to take on something simpler like this. The hardest part is adjusting the stitch length of the bar tack since this machine isn't digital. So if you switch between straight stitch and bartacks it takes a moment to get the stitch density right again.
I love finding old cams, but usually they're re-slung with waterknot webbing or accessory cord. After watching How Not 2's "This is illegal in Europe" it was crazy to see how the thinner materials compromised the strength of the wire. So, I would assume, accessory cord would be one of the worse things you could re-sling with.
