What is Revision Rhinoplasty? A Revision Rhinoplasty basically means that a person is undergoing a second or a third rhinoplasty for the same problem. It is also known as Secondary Rhinoplasty. This is normally done when the person who's undergone the rhinoplasty is not happy the way the nose is looking. It may be that the previous surgery was done well and you're not happy about it or it may be that the previous surgery didn't come out the way you expected it to.
