«ما فرزندان ایران، از حصارِ باورهای تحمیلی و قرن‌ها سوگواریِ بیگانه عبور کرده‌ایم تا به شکوهِ ریشه‌های اصیلِ آریایی خویش بازگردیم؛ امروز دیگر حنجره‌های ما نه جای مدح و مرثیه‌های بیگانه، که طنین‌اندازِ فریادِ زندگی و اصالت است. ما «رقص سوگ» را بر مزارِ جاویدنامانمان که به دستِ بیداد جان باختند، به جای ضجه و تسلیم برگزیده‌ایم.»

رقص آزادی، روایتی تصویری از عصیانِ شادمانی است. این اثر با تأکید بر عبارت «جان فدای میهن»، رقص و بوسه و زندگی را کوبنده‌ترین ضربه بر پیکره‌ی استبداد می‌داند. ما بر تربت پاک عزیزانمان می‌رقصیم تا یادآور شویم که هر لرزش پیکر ما، نویدی برای تولد دوباره‌ی ایران است.
