How to use DAS (Disability Access Service) on the My Disney Experience App

Master the DAS service in 9 easy steps.
1. Open My Disney Experience app.
2. Click on the bottom right menu(3 lines).
3. Scroll up and click on Disability Access Service (DAS).
4. Click on the attraction you desire to ride.
5. Click on Request DAS return time.
6. Click on select all, so your entire party. has access to the same return time.
7. Click on confirm.
8. Click on the back button on the bottom right.
9. Click on the home button on the bottom left & wait a few seconds. You will see Disability Access Service appear and may redeem another pass any time after you have scanned in to the ride.
Very important, the person that has the DAS service must always scan their magic band/card/phone first.
After scanning to enter the attraction, sometimes twice. You can then open your Disney experience app once again and request a DAS return time.
