Just about everyone in the show has been used for this song at some point in the past, so filling this role came down to who fit the part best. And I am ashamed to say that I couldn't decide. But you can! I've made both videos and posted them together. Pick which one fits Scar better and that one will become the official video.

In favor of Luna: She is Celestia's sibling, so she fits really well for Mufasa's brother. Plus the ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE makes all the loud, drawn-out "Be Prepared!" bits flow naturally.
Against Luna: I'm not sure why, but I just don't feel right with her in this role. Perhaps it's because Scar is one of the greatest Disney villains and it should be an actual villain from the show to play him. Nightmare Moon is the main reason Luna works so well, and there just wasn't enough of NM to use effectively. But if you think the shoe fits, that Luna it will be!
I do not own My Little Pony or Disney, but that's not important right now. Diamond Tiara is in danger! WONDER FILLIES POWERS ACTIVATE! Form of a swimming pool!
