This dish is all about the sauce — it turns simple chicken into something so addictive!
Sweet, tangy, a bit spicy, and full of aroma. Once you master this sauce, you can use it on any stir-fry you love.
🍗 Ingredients
1 chicken breast (about 250g), cut into 1.5 cm cubes
½ stalk of green onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, halved
1 small piece of ginger, diced
Dried chilies (to taste)
A handful of roasted peanuts (optional, adds crunch and aroma)
🥣 Marinade
3 g salt
5 ml soy sauce
5 ml cooking wine
5 g black pepper
15 g cornstarch
🍯 Sauce (The Secret!)
3 g salt
15 ml vinegar
10 ml soy sauce
15 g sugar
15 g cornstarch
50 ml water
🔥 Instructions
Marinate chicken for 10 minutes to lock in moisture.
Heat oil, stir-fry chicken until it turns white.
Add garlic, ginger, green onion, and chilies — stir well.
Pour in the sauce mixture and keep stirring until glossy.
(Optional) Add roasted peanuts for extra crunch.
