Years of hard work were going to go unrecognised after this medicine student faced graduating without celebration, until he was surprised by his family.

Law student Leana Farah, 23, was there to surprise her brother, Elias, 25, as friends and family drove past their home in Jacksonville, Florida, for his graduation.

Elias put on his graduation gown to take commemorative pictures, but he wasn’t expecting his family to show up.

Leana wanted to make her brother’s day as special as they could under the current circumstances, acknowledging all his hard work.
