Blake Palmer is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager for MDOT’s Hydraulics Division.
As hydraulic engineering technology continues to advance, it is important for the MDOT team to keep their professional skills sharp while providing environmentally sensitive and cost-efficient designs that minimize flooding and, most importantly, keep the traveling public safe.
