Improv at The Ballroom
A series of ongoing classes and workshops that focuses on Comedic and Dramatic Improv, Clown, Buffoonery, triumph and failure, and other "In the moment" teachings. Created to help the actor feel vulnerable, organic, think on their feet, and understand the correlation between comedy and failure, truth and drama. Classes are for students 16 and older and are taught by Brian Sutherland (www.imdb.me/briansutherland).

BIO: Brian Sutherland is an actor, improviser, writer, and director. He's taught in cities around the US, as well as Australia, Dubai, London, and Canada. His work can be seen on NBC, SyFy, Netflix, and in commercials around the country. In 2017 Brian was awarded "Best Actor in Portland" (where he resides) from the Willamette Weekly. When not on set he runs "The Portland Acting School” for Kids, "Improv at the Ballroom" for adults, and travels with the Los Angeles based company "CGTV", "The Celebrity Experience” and “Vocal Star”
