Foam in bags and backpacks is not often seen, but plays a very important role to the overall structure and quality of the product.
ENS Foam is a leading supplier in the industry and supplies high quality foam and custom made foam parts to many of the largest global bag and backpack brands.
In this video, James Choi at ENS takes us on a tour of the factory in Bing Duong Province, 1 hour north of Saigon (Ho Chi Ming City) Vietnam, where you’re going see how Polyethylene (PE) and Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foams are made. James is also going to show us how these foams – along with Polyurethane (PU) foam – can be laminated, cut, moulded and combined in all sorts of ways to create high-end bags, backpack and luggage parts.
