Описание: In this video I show you how I designed and built my own 6.5hp vibrating concrete power screed from scratch. Cost was about $300 not including the engine. We poured 14 meters of concrete in about 90 minutes. Concrete was 4K mix, 6% air, 3" slump before Super Plastiziser was added to make a 7" slump. None of us had any real concrete placement and finishing experience although we all have poured some slabs in the past. I ended up selling the power screed after the job was done because I wasn't anticipating any concrete pours in the near future. If I did end up needing to pour another slab in the future I will probably build another power screed with the experience I've learned from this build. The second time around it should go much quicker. I think I would probably try to find a 65cc 2-stroke engine instead of the 190cc 4-stroke engine to make it a bit lighter to use.
