“100 colors in 3.3 m²” compresses 100 colors into a single tsubo,
the smallest traditional unit of space in Japan.
Set within the grounds of Zojoji Temple,
the installation stands alone against the backdrop of Tokyo Tower.
From a distance, the colors appear as a dense volume.
Up close, thin strands gently sway in the wind,
inviting visitors to lie beneath and experience a quiet sky of color.
