Vanilla flowers are most commonly accosiated with purity, and the beauty found in simplicity and naturalness!

Bea means "bringer of happiness"

Vanilla is considered one of the most expensive spices on the planet, as pollination of the flower is the biggest challange of it's cultivation. In it's native environment,
Mexico, the flower relies on the tiny Melipona bee, which is able to access the flower's internal structure and transfer pollen.
Since the Melipona bee lives only in Mexico, natural pollination was impossible until the scientist Edmond Albius figured another, manual way to pollenate vanilla flowers.

This process though, still done by hand, requires alot of skill and is very laborious. Only one vanilla pod is gained from each flower and the process requires months of care, in addition to delicate handling throughout the development of the plant.
