Foreigner in Varanasi Arrested for Creating Chaos

Описание: A foreign national created panic in Varanasi's Saptasagar Dawamandi area after allegedly running through the streets before barging into a residential building and creating a ruckus.

According to locals, the man climbed to the upper floors of the house, threw household items, refused repeated requests to come down, and allegedly bit a resident on the hand when confronted.

When police arrived, the foreign national reportedly behaved aggressively and repeatedly shouted "Go Back" at officers. Residents eventually helped police overpower and bring him down from the building.

The man was taken into custody and admitted to Kabir Chaura Hospital. Police said they are trying to establish his identity and determine whether his behaviour was caused by a mental health condition or possible substance overdose.
