Our adventure in Santander was the perfect mix of chill beach days and wild coastal beauty!
Our trip started in the most amazing way - we walked through a tunnel carved right through the rock to emerge onto the stunning El Sardinero beach! We spent the afternoon playing beach ball, getting creative with some sand art, and just soaking up the Northern Spanish sun.
The next day was all about exploring the incredible Magdalena Peninsula. We were so surprised and excited to find a colony of penguins and seals living right by the sea! We finished the day completely mesmerized by the power of the Cantabrian Sea, watching the huge waves crash against the stones. Also an excellent display of old sailing ships used by early explorers.
If you love unique beaches and incredible wildlife, you have to add Santander to your list!
