Описание: In November 1931 Jack Hylton & his Orchestra started recording exclusively for Decca records, and in the subsequent two years recorded well over 200 tracks. For the next series I have chosen a dozen or so of my favourites from this period and will be uploading them in pairs, to reflect the changing styles of dance music in the early 1930's. For this upload we have two fox trots with a meteorological theme - "Rain on the Roof" and "Stormy Weather". These are both, in my opinion, excellent showcases for the Hylton Orchestra at this period that I hope you will enjoy.
