Time to work that upper body with Jill's next workout! This seated upper body only workout is wheelchair-friendly; all you need is a sturdy chair or wheelchair and light dumbbells (1-3 lbs). If you don't have dumbbells you can also use cans or filled water bottles.
Eric is demonstrating on a Stability Ball to show another way to do seated exercises (and an extra core workout!)
