In this video, I share steps to prepare an Aztec Indian Clay hair mask. Clay masks can be used as a shampoo alternative, and in my case, that's what I used it for. Clay has many benefits for the hair. The Aztec Indian Clay that I use is known for its cleansing properties as well as its ability to open the hair shaft, allowing moisture into your hair strands.
Disclaimer: Before trying this at home, please do a small spot test on your hand to see if your skin reacts adversely to the clay. Some skin is more sensitive than others, so make sure to read the instructions and warnings carefully.
