It doesn't matter what your education, talent, and potential are... your greatest obstacle will always be the patriarchal conditioning that unconsciously directs you to walk right into patriarchy's expectations: to doubt yourself, not feel good enough, look to a man for answers, self-sabotage, and unwittingly even harm others.

Awareness is the beginning of power. Start deconditioning.
