In one of the thickest fogs I have ever captured, the majestic 1000-foot MV American Integrity made a jaw-dropping appearance in Duluth, Minnesota. This self-discharging bulk carrier, built in 1978 by Bay Shipbuilding Company, is one of the thirteen 1000-footers in the Great Lakes fleet. Originally named Lewis Wilson Foy and later Oglebay Norton, it was renamed American Integrity in 2006 when it joined the great American Steamship Company!
