Regicide is a live electronic performance built around evolving patterns and repetition.
This was performed using Ableton Push alongside Slate & Ash Choreographs and 4pockets MIDISTEP, with everything played and shaped in real time. The structure is loose by design — sequences drift, rhythms shift, and small changes gradually pull the piece in different directions.
I’m interested in the tension that comes from repetition, and how something simple can start to feel unstable when it’s left to run and mutate. This sits somewhere between a composition and a system being nudged along.
