Video taken at Tuscan Market in Salem, NH during the Tuscan Immersion lunch May 19, 2015. The event was shared with about a dozen fellow creative professionals, bloggers and journalists. During the day - and tour - we spoke with seven or eight guys named Joe - one of whom is the founder/owner of the Tuscan Kitchen and Market phenomenon. Another Joe was the GM Wine Director Joseph Comforti who ensured each course was accompanied by the proper excellent wine.
We also spoke with Mark Trumble - the Retail Manager and a very talented guy named David Crinieri who is the Chef de Cuisine at Tuscan Market.
Appropriate folks will be tagged in their respective videos. I’ll try to ensure I get my descriptions spot-on, too, but our tour was so in-depth that you’ll just have to listen to the subjects to get the gist of where we are in the Market at any given time.
