Описание: Can a show cancelled after a half-season spawn a spin-off? 'High Mountain Rangers' was an adventure series with Robert Conrad and sons, but it was cancelled after 12 episodes. Yet the following year Conrad starred (with his sons) as 'Jesse Hawkes', playing the same characters as in the previous show, only now in San Francisco. Why even air it if the previous one flopped? Even the Magic 8-Ball can't answer those questions. But we can tell you that both shows had themes by Robert Folk, with Lee Greenwood singing the one for 'High Mountain Rangers'. And 'Jesse Hawkes' lasted only half as long as 'Rangers' did.
