All right guys here with another amazing workout for you ! This is video 2 of a 2 video series so if you didn't watch the first one go do that now ! So here in this video we have 4 exercices that we're going to perform as part of a circuit. That means we're doing them back to back with no rest in between. How many sets you do is up to you and your fitness level. Minimum let's get 3 sets knocked out. Just make sure you challenge and push yourself! I divided the workout into three levels which I will list here
BEGINNER
20 Shoulder Taps
Lunges (no jump) 30 seconds
Shoulder Tap Planks 20 seconds
Inchworms (no pushup) 6 reps
INTERMEDIATE
20 Shoulder Taps w/ 10 Pushups
Jumping Lunges 30 seconds
Shoulder Tap Planks 40 seconds
8 inchworms with 8 reps
ADVANCED
30 Shoulder Taps w/ 20 Pushups
Jumping Lunges 60 seconds
Shoulder Tap Planks 60 seconds
12 inchworms with 12 pushups
Repeat Whole Circuit for 3 or more sets ! Push yourself !
