Making your flower crown with nothing other than plant materials is really easy!

My flower crown is called a vainags, a traditional Latvian crown worn by women on the summer solstice. I owe the knowledge I have in this to my partner's mother, who taught me how to make my first vainags during our summer solstice celebration a few years ago 😌

❗ Something I forgot to include in the video:
When you're collecting your plant materials, make sure to do two things:
1) Remove any insects from your flowers + grasses and ESPECIALLY look out for ticks!
2) Remove any leaf material along the stalk, if you leave it on it will make the crown very bulky.
