CEO of saying texture. Enjoy this little twist on butterbeer from the world of Harry Potter! Can be served iced or hot and here are my rough measurements:
Butterscotch:
1 cup brown sugar
2tbsp water
6tbsp unsalted butter
1/2tsp cider vinegar
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp rum extract
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Whipped cream topping:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/2tsp rum extract
2tsp (or more) brown sugar
