• Fruits & veggies – spinach, broccoli, tomato, berries, citrus fruits
• Healthy fats – olive oil, avocado, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds
• Spices – turmeric (with black pepper), ginger, cinnamon, garlic
• Omega-3 foods – fatty fish (salmon, sardine) or flax/chia for vegetarians
• Whole grains – millets, brown rice, oats, quinoa
• Green tea / turmeric milk – daily
Avoid or Reduce:
• Refined sugar, bakery items, white bread
• Deep-fried, junk or processed foods
• Red meat and processed meats
• Excess alcohol, smoking
• Refined oils (switch to cold-pressed oils like groundnut or sesame)
