Most Delicious Redfish on the Half Shell Recipe! So Easy!

I love eating fish with the skin on! This is no exception! Try it and let me know how yours turn out.
Ingredients:
Fish!
Redfish filets with skin and scales on
1/4 cup of olive oil (or any oil you have)
Topping-
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 butter melted
1 tbs dried parsley
1 tbs garlic minced
1 tbs garlic powder
Pinch of salt & pepper
Grill scale down at 400-450 degrees for 5 minutes. (More if needed for thicker fillets). Keep it covered.
Once finished cooking- shake some salt & pepper on the fish before serving.
