THE SANDTON TIMES chats to The Capital Hotels Founder Marc Wachsberger, following the recent announcement that the company is acquiring Fairmont Zimbali Resort in R240-million deal.
The Fairmont Zimbali Resort is situated inside the élite Zimbali Coastal Estate known for its stylish surroundings and prime location, just 5km from the fast growing holiday town of Ballito and 16km from King Shaka International Airport. The beachfront North Coast hotel features 154 guest rooms and suites, with a Penthouse and Presidential Suite, and 18 Fairmont Heritage Place villas.
The Capital Hotels and Apartments has also set its sights on a new development in Nelspruit and expansion in Cape Town, with a deal in the pipeline for the 15 On Orange Hotel.
