From massive kite surfing wipeouts to 15km hungover runs, this is a day in the life in Cape Town! In today’s vlog, we start with some heavy action on the water—watch until the end to see that brutal smash! We then head to the iconic Mojo Market before I attempt a 15km run from Sea Point to Camps Bay. Doing this with a hangover was a massive push, but the views of the multi-million dollar houses and the Atlantic seaboard made it worth it.

We also dive deep into the Cape Town Kite Surfing community. We visit some local shops in Table View to check out the latest gear, break down the costs (it’s not cheap!), and talk about why this is the kite surfing capital of the world. We finish the day at the famous Table Mountain frame for that perfect sunset view.
