Construction on 28R meant most of the takeoffs will be on Runways 1L and 1R.
SFO is a huge United Airlines hub so you'll see lots of them. But you'll see a variety of other airlines like Alaska, JetBlue, American and others.
It was an exciting weekend as I go plane spotting at SFO for the first time. It was an awesome weekend and I hope you enjoy this sample from the morning of August 14, 2021.
