President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden, among others, land on Air Force One and Air Force Two in Dallas on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 to attend a memorial service for four Dallas police officers and on DART officer who lost their lives on Thursday, July 7, 2016, when a gunman targeted officers during a Black Lives Matter rally.
