The models of FL® series are the solution suitable for the cutting processes of pipes and profiles using plasma, oxyfuel and solid-state laser, being able to enable an area of the machine for flat cutting and beveling.
The possibility of automation in the load and unload of pipes allows a considerable saving in the processes of work and times of production. This model is called FLA®.

SPECIFICATIONS:
• Equipped with l solid-state laser/fiber laser TruDisk ™, plasma and oxyfuel.
• TECOI’s exclusive BEVEL ARC® beveling system.
• Maximum working width up to 2,000 mm. (78”) and length up to 18,000 mm. (60 ft)
• DFP® system for maximum flexibility and performance with both thin and thick materials.
• Round pipe diameter up to 1,200 mm. (47”) and square profile/max. rectangular up to 400x400 mm. (15,7”x15,7”)
• Positioning speed up to 110 m./min. (360 ft)
• Bidirectional integrated cover.
• Possibility of plate/sheet cutting, pipes and profiles area or combined systems.
• Equipped with FANUC™ activating and controlling systems. It includes touch screen, absolute encoder and communications through fiber optics.
• S.P.C.® system for detailed piercing control and S.A.C.-L® to minimize collision effects.
