Bathua saag aur moong dal dono hi winter mein sharir ko garam rakhte hain, immunity badhate hain aur digestion ke liye bahut faydemand hote hain.
Yeh recipe healthy, tasty aur pure ghar jaisi hai – bachchon se lekar bado tak sabko pasand aayegi.

👉 Aloo Bhujiya ke liye
4 uble hue aloo
2 tamatar (chopped)
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp panchforan
1 tsp moringa leaves
Namak swadanusar
1 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp lal mirch powder
👉 Bathua Moong Dal Puri ke liye
100 gram bathua saag (saaf karke barik kata hua)
100 gram moong dal (soaked & coarsely ground)
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp namak
1 tsp haldi powder
½ tsp lal mirch powder
1 tsp safed til
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp mangrail (kalonji)
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp suji
50 gram gehun ka atta
Tel – puri talne ke liye
