Choreography and Lighting Design by Natalie Bond, this performance was of the highly skilled Robynmore Senior team performed at Calisthenics Victoria's State Titles Competition, Palais Theatre, St.Kilda in October, 2019.
Australian Calisthenics is a Performance ArtSport that combines many disciplines including many forms of Dance, Figure March, Gymnastic/Flexibility skills, Acting and apparatus routines such as Club Swinging and Rod Exercises unique to the sport.
Coaches create six (6) themed routines per year and coach their performers with the utmost of discipline focussing heavily on correct Calisthenic technique and unison among many other things.
Robynmore Calisthenics College is an elite Calisthenics College based in Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia.
