It is situated on the right bank of a seasonal stream in Dhudikhol village and located on the left side of the Kuchinda - Deogarh road .The stone inscription is of the Devanagari script having Odia language of 28 lines. It describes about the journey of Radhanath Ray towards Bamanda, the then princely state. It is related with the journey of Radhanath Ray, the famous poet in Orissa to Bamanda state.The then ruler of ex-Bamanda state inscribed the inscription to commemorate the visit of Radhakant Ray to Bamanda, who was detained here due to the breakdown of bullock-cart in which he was travelling.The palaeography of the script dated the inscription to the early part of the 20th century AD.
