The R7 5800X3D came out in 20/04/2022, it has 8 cores, 16 threads and has a base clock of 3.4 GHz and a turbo frequency of 4.5 GHz. The NVIDIA RTX 4090 launched in 2022 with 24GB GDDR6X memory, 21 Gbps memory speed, 1008 GB/s bandwidth, 16384 CUDA cores, and boosts up to 2.52GHz.
