Briers attended the Interior Design Show West (IDS West 2013) last week and discovered all kinds of interesting presentations and influences anywhere from furniture, to paint and wall paper, home builders, and even musical instruments from a variety of companies situated in heart of multicultural Vancouver, Canada.
IDSWest took place at the Vancouver Convention Centre from Thursday September 19, through to Sunday September 22. Most of our interviews took place during the opening party night on the 19th, which invited industry professionals and public alike to share a sneak preview for the days ahead.
We also had a blast on the trade-only Friday morning reserved for industry professionals to have an opportunity to talk with booths and get a feel for the upcoming furniture style and design trends coming to Canada in 2014.
Briers would like to extend a special thank-you to everyone we interviewed for being super-friendly and sharing both their contributions to the show, as well as their thoughts for what is coming next year to Vancouver Interior Design.
