Just 2 miles from a major trailhead, the location is perfect for outdoor access: “We’re ready to go up into the Coeur d’Alenes right from here.”

Plans for the space include shelving along the walls and a future bathroom install using water from an on-site well: “In the back corner… that’s where there will be a bathroom coming in.”
