Chicken Burrito Bowls - In this recipe post, learn how to make an easy chicken burrito bowls recipe at home. Tastes absolutely delicious and you can make these bowls within 30 minutes in one pot.

For tomato-onion salsa
• 3 Roasted tomatoes or use fresh tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 green chili or jalapeno pepper
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves/cilantro
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice

To marinate the chicken
• 2 chicken breast, sliced
• 1 tsp Fajita seasoning (recipe in the description box)
• 1 tsp Lemon juice

To make sautéed onion and bell pepper
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning
• 1 tsp lemon juice.

To cook beans
• 1 tsp garlic
• Saute for 30 seconds.
• 1 cup red kidney beans (cooked) or straight from the can (washed & drained).
• 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves/cilantro

To make lime-cilantro rice
• 2 cups cooked rice (medium/long grain)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves/cilantro

Fajita Seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika or red chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or any spicy chili powder)
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or use freshly minced garlic)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
