🛒 Ingredients:
150 grams pasta (1 big bowl)
1¼ litre water
2 tsp oil
½ tsp salt (for boiling)
1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
7–8 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 big green chilli (chopped)
1 capsicum / shimla mirch (chopped)
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp crushed black pepper powder
½ cup water
Handful of fresh coriander leaves
👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Heat 1¼ litre water in a pan. Add 2 tsp oil + ½ tsp salt.
2️⃣ When it starts boiling, add pasta and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Strain the pasta and pour normal water over it so it doesn’t stick. Keep aside.
4️⃣ In a heavy-bottom kadhai, heat 1 tbsp oil.
5️⃣ Add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.
6️⃣ Add chopped onion and cook till light brown.
7️⃣ Add green chilli + chopped capsicum.
8️⃣ Add ½ tsp salt and mix well.
9️⃣ Now add:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
half tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp crushed black pepper
🔟 Add ½ cup water and mix well.
1️⃣1️⃣ Add boiled pasta and toss nicely so masala coats properly.
1️⃣2️⃣ Add chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
