Grab your suspension trainer and join us for this full body, timed workout. 3 standing sets, and 2 sets on the floor to work your legs, arms/back and core. Each work interval is 30 seconds on with a 10 second break. Followed by a bonus challenging core round of planks and pushups. Bonus round work intervals are 20 seconds on with a 10 second break.
The workout is 3 standing rounds of 3 exercises each, which we will repeat twice, and 2 rounds on the mat. Modifications are provided along with a warmup and cool down and stretching.
