What tools are needed, how deep to groove and the welding tools used in order to get an amazing weld for your clients. We go through numerous groovers and show how each of them performs and gets down to the jute backing which is necessary for a satisfactory weld on linoleum.

Linoleum is one of the materials that gets a bad wrap from clients. They end up blaming the product/manufacturer but the fact of the matter is that most often it is installation issues. We're believers that proper installation knowledge should be maintained by every flooring installer and we hope this video gives some insight on the basics of linoleum weld and how important it is to groove to the jute backing.
