Join health and fitness coach Caroline Jordan for these solid cool-down stretches for after your training runs and races. This free flexibility stretching sequence will improve your performance, prevent injuries, and help you become the runner you want to be! By targeting the legs, lower back, and hips, these poses stretch all the areas that need special attention after running. And since the muscles are already warmed up, it's the primetime to work on extending flexibility.

The exercises are:

Hip flexor stretch
Quad Stretch
Calf stretch
Achielles stretch
Foot Stretch
Hip Stretch
Hamstring Stretch
Lower Back Stretch
