Описание: In this 22-minute presentation, Coach Rob Simons takes the viewer through a detailed description of the Labor Efficiency Ratio (LER). The LER concept is from the Cash section of "Scaling Up" and it was developed by Greg Crabtree. The Labor Efficiency Ratio provides a tool for organizations to measure the productivity of their direct labor team in a meaningful and useful way. It also provides a tool to measure the ability of the management team to drive productivity and value within the organization. Finally, the video covers some of the more advanced uses of LER to determine the productivity of individual team members, analyze customer 'fit', and to do "what-if" budgeting and forecasting.
