The community itself is made of multiple neighborhoods with homes of different architectural styles and size ranges. There is also a single condo community, Players Club Villas, and townhomes at Turtleback Crossing. The first built homes were in the Oakbridge or Innlet Beach section and are on the smaller side for the neighborhood. You have homes on smaller lots for low maintenance but wonderful views in Bridgewater Island, Burnham Circle and Water's Edge. You have homes surrounded by beautiful old oaks in Cypress Creek, Lakeside and Water Oak. Or if you want a larger home on the golf course then you should visit Salt Creek, Seven Mile Dr or the estate homes in Sawgrass Island.

Right outside the gates are multiple shopping centers with shops, restaurants and grocery stores. In fact, you can walk out the main gate to the Sawgrass Town Center.
