In this video we show you how to process a staff advance on pay or early wage payment in Xero.
This can also be used if you loan money to a staff member that will then be repaid over a period of time with instalments taken out of their pay packet weekly earnings.

This is the cleanest way to process staff loans and pay advances in Xero. it allows us to track the outstanding loan amount on the balance sheet.
